Here in Beijing, especially during the winter, we often meet at somebody's house and because everybody works, the best way to organize a dinner is the famous "potluck"..or in other others: everybody brings something.
...we end up having a nice meal with foods that totally don't match one another..but that's part of the fun of having a potluck.
What I usually like to prepare for these events are "dips". They are easy to make, I can be creative and play with whatever I have at home and everybody loves it!
Today I will post one of my favorites. It's super healthy and affordable to make.
Smoked turkey dip:
450g smoked turkey breast
50g yogurt
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
dill
salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until you get a smooth pate.
Serve with whole wheat crispy bread or use it inside of wraps with vegetables.
